Terms & Conditions for submission: Submission window: 3:00pm EST July 24 – 9:00pm EST August 31, 2015. By submitting your wedding photos and/or wedding video, you agree to the following terms: I hereby grant Destination Wedding Travel, Inc. (including brands DestinationWeddings.com, GayDestinationWeddings.com and LuxuriousDestinationWeddings.com) and all interests owned by said company, the complete and irrevocable rights and permission to the use of provided videography and photographic images for Destination Weddings Travel Group marketing purposes (including social media platforms, digital magazine, blog, and external real wedding features on preferred partner sites, online and print editorial wedding resources, and promotional materials). I represent and warrant that I have unlimited and unrestricted consent from all possible interested parties (including all individuals in footage and imagery used) to use, reuse, publish and/or transfer the rights to the video footage and photography that I may deliver to the Destination Weddings Travel Group. I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless, Destination Weddings Travel Group from any and all claims or actions by any interested party or parties arising from the Destination Weddings Travel Group’s use of video and photography provided by me or my organization.
Terms & Conditions for $100 voucher: Promotion is valid for stays of 5 nights or longer. New bookings only. No blackout dates. Voucher is good for one-time use only. Voucher applies to your choice of over 100 resorts.
Terms & Conditions for 7-night stay: Expiration date: December 23, 2016. Restrictions Apply: It may not be combined with any other offers, discounts or promotions. Prize Letter may not be used during Holiday weeks (5 days prior to after), nor can it be used during Dec 15 – Jan 15. Some additional blackout periods may apply. Prize Letter will be booked in the standard room category. Accommodations, all meals, beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic), entertainment and taxes are included. Resort credit, airfare, tours and transfers are not included.
